Q. How much does delivery cost?
A. Our delivery change is £6.95 for standard delivery which is tracked. However in circumstances where consignments are required on a timed delivery, a charge may be applied.
Q. How long does manufacture take?
A. We advise that most small quantity orders will be completed within a week, if there are likely to be any delays, we will contact you. However do not assume that all despatches will take a week, if you require a product urgently please let us know.
Q. Are your connectors modular?
A. None of our connectors are modular. All faceplates have cut outs to the exact size of the connectors in a single piece of material, all faceplates are bespoke to your requirements.
Q. Can we provide our own faceplate, to match what we currently have?
Q. Can we give you bespoke sizes and dimensions?
Q. Can we have a specific colour to match existing decor?
Q. I can’t see the connector I want on the website, can I still have it?
A. There are literally 100s of connectors and 100s of different terminations. Let us know what connector you want and we will add it to your design.
Q. Can you explain to me how the plate designer works?
Q. Do you ship to other countries?
A. We can ship to outside UK, although shipping costs will apply, and you will be required to cover import/export duties.
Q. Do you only supply UK faceplates?
A. Because we manufacture custom, if we have details of blanking plates from other countries. We can cut and engrave into them too.
Q. Can we have a VAT Receipt?
A. Vat recipes are automatically generated and sent to you.
Q. Can I have my own logo?
A. Personal and company logos can be added to your faceplates, by either engraving or digitally printing. Extra charges may apply.
